    Your spinal column comprises 24 moveable vertebrae, the sacrum and the coccyx. A misaligned spine can cause pain, discomfort or restricted activity. It's a complex system that needs looking after and can be damaged in a variety of ways.

    We can all easily fall in to bad posture habits, whether we are active or not. Regular checkups to help your spine/skeletal alignment can reduce the chances of pain and loss of function.
